More Than Learning: Making a Difference from Day One

Flat hierarchies, top teams? Not a contradiction for us. After all, we treat our apprentices as equals and really have confidence in them. That doesn't mean you're thrown in at the deep end - you can actively shape things with a real tailwind! In the Climate Checkers project, for example, our apprentices developed a recycling concept and collected PET bottles on the company premises, which were processed by a company and turned back into strapping in our production facility.

Big company, family feeling? That's not contradictory either. We are internationally successful and known for unique product solutions - from the suspension rope for the Linz Westring Bridge to the climbing rope for the ascent of the north face of the Eiger to safe parcel strapping. And yet we have a “human touch” through and through.

Get to know & get a taste

Apply & send off

All that stands between you and your apprenticeship is a handwritten CV, your letter of application and your semester and annual reports from the last two years. You can upload all of this here or send it by email to humanresources@teufelberger.com.

Your certificates are not the best or you didn't complete high school? Have the courage! Because we'll give you a leap of faith and the chance to get started even without a school-leaving certificate.

Check in & get started

Team building works differently for us: Your apprenticeship begins with getting to know all other apprentices and the trainers, followed by important information and your training plan. You will also get to know our production facilities and your apprentice buddy, who will be on hand to help and advise you in the first few weeks.
