As an application developer, you will work with an international IT team to develop applications, as the job title suggests. You will also be an internal contact in IT support and assist colleagues across departments with questions relating to the various applications.
After extensive and intensive training, you will take on small application projects independently and support our IT service desk in supporting employees. You will be a central point of contact for many colleagues from other departments.
You will always work closely with our specialists, from recording requirements to training users, and you will receive support at all times. Your commitment and the expertise you have acquired are particularly important in your job as an application developer - this ensures smooth processes and user satisfaction. Processing requests may involve checking and rectifying errors or creating training documentation, for example. You will also have to implement and specify smaller programming work packages or help with projects (e.g. requirements analysis or data migration).
